Trojjazyčná anglicko-francouzsko-německá brožura – průvodce výstavou a problematikou československé účasti na Expo 58 a následné vlny bruselského stylu v designu je určena zahraničním čtenářům. Přístupnou formou ve shrnujícím textu Daniely Kramerové představuje politické, historické a společenské aspekty příprav československé expozice na bruselské světové výstavě, virtuálně provede čtenáře pavilonem a jeho expozicemi a přiblíží textem i obrazem klíčové exponáty a ocenění, která získaly. Zároveň přehlednou formou nastíní vznik termínu bruselský styl, jeho dobové souvislosti a stylový rozliv v oblasti designu od skla a porcelánu, přes textil až po typografii a reklamní fotografii. Text je psán se zřetelem na nutnost přiblížit zahraničnímu čtenáři alespoň rámcově širší dobové a politické souvislosti. Publikace grafickou úpravou navazuje na inspirativní dobovou typografii. The trilingual English-French-German brochure – a guide to the exhibition and the issues of Czechoslovak participation in Expo 58 and the subsequent wave of the Brussels style in design is intended for foreign readers. In an accessible form, in a summary text by Daniela Kramerová, it presents the political, historical and social aspects of the preparations for the Czechoslovak exhibition at the Brussels World Exhibition, virtually guides the reader through the pavilion and its expositions and introduces the key exhibits and awards they received in text and images. At the same time, it outlines in a clear form the emergence of the term Brussels style, its historical context and the stylistic spread in the field of design from glass and porcelain, through textiles to typography and advertising photography. The text is written with the need to bring the foreign reader closer to the broader historical and political context, at least in a general way. The publication's graphic design follows the inspiring typography of the period. Its designer is Robert V. Novak.
